The 4^th day of the seven day NSS Camp at Butrela Village, Sector 41, Chandigarh began with Blood Donation Awareness Rally around the village with the objective to invite more people to come forward for this noble cause. This was followed by enlightening talk session given by Mrs. Dane Walia and Mrs. Neelam Diwan, Social Workers from Blood Bank Society, Sector 37, Chandigarh. They cleared the myths and misconceptions associated with blood donation and motivated the people of the village to overcome all apprehensions and actively participate in this noble cause to save lives. At the end of the session, guest speakers were presented with Token of Appreciation. Regular social activities such as providing free tuitions, dance classes, mehndi, art and craft were carried out for the rest of the day.
