Dev Samaj College of Education, 36 – B, Chandigarh, celebrated Employer Employee Day at the college premises on 21st April 2009. This day mark the celebrations of one of the 16 relationships days under the aegis of Dev Samaj as advocated by Bhagwan Dev Atma ji.
The solemn occasion started with a Bhajan rendered to mark the relationship of Employer Employee Day. Kumari Satyawati Ji, Chairperson of the college in addressing the august gathering spoke about the imbrications of various facets of the relationship between an Employer and an Employee. She mentioned that the foundation of this unique relationship is based on mutual respect, trust dependability, love for all, and dignity.
Dr Jyoti Khanna, Principal of the college also expressed her views and thanked all the staff members for their contribution to make the college a success. She also highlighted the teachings of Bhagwan Dev Atma Ji. Shriman Girvar Prasad Ji and Sh. Vikas Dev Ji, Counselors Dev Samaj and Dr. (Mrs). Jyoti Khanna Principal of the college along with teaching, non teaching and supporting staff were present on the occasion.
The program ended with garlanding ceremony.
