Dev Samaj College of Education outset the launch of “INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FORUM” in the campus today as a part of the ongoing ‘International Peace Festival’ in  collaboration with  “Yuvsatta”.

The programme commenced with a traditional reception of foreign delegates to the college. The choir felicitated them with a welcome song. The principal Dr. Jyoti Khanna in her address, delivered a warm welcome to delegates and quoted the well known peace messenger the Dalai Lama.

To mark the day, college students performed songs and inspirational speeches. An enlightening powerpoint presentation on “World Peace” was shown by Navneet Cheema. Shradha Sethi, Bhavna Sharma and Isha recited poems on “Peace Quest”. The students from Nepal and Bangladesh also actively participated in Rangoli making with the college students. The event’s purpose of emphasizing on the harmonious and peace keeping process was highly appreciated by the international delegates. The principal, expressed her gratitude to the team and pleasure in supporting this noble venture of fostering the spirit of unity.
